We believe that staff makes the difference. Our supervisors and administrators expect more than mere technical compliance with governmental rules and regulations. They lead a team sensitive to the social and emotional needs of the residents. Consequently, our employees know more than their job—they know the importance of a kind word, a gentle touch, and the healing power of a smile. Our staff is passionate about Improving Quality of Life.

Two incredible NSU Nursing students, Lindsay and Hannah, led our residents through a handwashing seminar that reminded us of how the smallest habits can make the biggest difference. With nothing more than pepper, water, and a little Dawn dish soap, they turned learning into a moment of wonder. As the “germs” scattered away from the soap, you could see the lightbulbs going off around the room. It was fun and fascinating!
