At Garden Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, our activity director carefully plans exciting and fun-filled events for everyone, whether it’s an old favorite or a new adventure. Activities such as socializing with friends, old and new, attending religious services, art classes, computer classes, gardening classes, and taking van trips enrich our residents’ quality of living. All of our activities are geared toward maintaining independence and a high quality of living for each resident.
Garden Park Earns 2025 National Quality Award
The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) today announced the recipients of the 2025 Gold – Excellence in Quality Award. Three skilled nursing care centers from Louisiana, Missouri, and Kansas have earned the most prestigious and esteemed award level of AHCA/NCAL’s National Quality Award Program, which recognizes long term and post-acute care facilities that meet progressively rigorous standards of performance to further improve the lives of their residents. These organizations are amongst the best in the nation, recognized for their exceptional overall performance driven by sustainable, systematic, and effective practices.

Garden Park Receives 2025 Gold National Quality Award
Garden Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been recognized by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) as a 2025 Gold – Excellence in Quality Award recipient. The distinction is the highest of three progressive award levels in the National Quality Award Program, which recognizes providers across the country that have demonstrated exceptional quality outcomes for residents and staff through rigorous review, continual improvement and innovation in their processes and systems. Garden Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is the first facility in Louisiana to earn the Gold level award.
AHCA/NCAL Announces 2025 Gold National Quality Award Recipients
Garden Park, along with several other Central Management facilities, partnered with Dream Flights to honor our residents who bravely served our country with the adventure of a lifetime: a flight in a Boeing Stearman biplane, the same aircraft used to train many military aviators in the late thirties and early forties.
